Prevailed at trial in a non-operated back injury case. In addition to a lump sum payment, Client will receive $1,379.62 every two weeks for life. Defendant was also ordered to pay Brian White’s attorney’s fees and expenses. The value of the trial court’s Award was many times more than Plaintiff’s pre-trial demand.

April 2010 -
Brian White successfully represents a contractor injured in Iraq who sustained a shoulder injury when an insurgent threw a rock through the windshield of his truck. The trial court awarded $144,791.39 (this is exclusive of attorney’s fees) plus payment of on-going weekly compensation payments of $1,047.16 as well as payment for reasonable and necessary medical treatment for the shoulder and a skin condition. Additionally, the Court ordered Defendant to pay Brian White’s attorney’s fees and expenses.
